In a long overdue move, Samsung has been given a keynote address at CES. At the last 3 CES' Samsung has held invite only press conferences for relevant members of the press. All of those years, they have drawn an overflow capacity and had to turn away credentialed media at the door. They drastically increased room sizes following the problems each year. These press conferences were all held at the smaller conference rooms at the Venetian and the hotel allowed a solid amount of room for press to stand and watch. However, the hotel eventually had to stop people from coming in, because letting in any more people would pose a fire hazard.
